Day 4 — The Most Powerful Force in the World
We tend to think powerful people have forceful personalities with strong egos and a confident self-image. But self-images are only perceptions of our self, not the real self. So simply working on changing your self-image from weak and disempowered to strong and powerful is only changing your mask.
In today’s meditation, we understand and experience the genuine power and fulfillment that comes from living in the present. It is by living in the now that the strength of our real self shows its true nature, and life proceeds gracefully, joyfully, and harmoniously. |
Our centering thought for today is:
Every moment is an open door to fulfillment.

Day 3 — Power Begins with Clarity
In today’s meditation, we explore the connection between self-awareness and empowerment. When we believe our identity is defined by our changing bodies and transitory thoughts and feelings, then our foundation of power and strength will always be weak. However, in clearly knowing that our true nature is unlimited present awareness, we have the unbounded power of Nature to support our body, mind, and feelings in every endeavor. With the clarity of self-knowledge we have the power to transform our life. |
Our centering thought for today is:
I am clear that anything is in my power to change.

Day 2 — Being Powerful Is a Choice
The power we use in our lives is based on a choice. But it’s not an ego choice of “I want this and not that.” In today’s meditation, we learn that the real choice of empowerment is to live in the present moment, or not. This is a different kind of choice than we are used to. The decision to live in the now means we consciously, knowingly recognize that awareness is our true nature, instead of ignoring that truth. When we see our self as a separate ego, trying to get power to make us happy, we will always feel weak inside. When we are self-aware in the present moment, we are connected to the infinite power of creation, and feel the confidence and strength that comes
with having the support of the universe within us. |
Our centering thought for today is:
I choose to live from the level of my true self.

Day 1 — Self-Empowerment Is Yours to Awaken
Welcome to our 21-Day Experience, The Path to Empowerment. Today we begin our journey to discover the unlimited power within all of us. We will explore the many different types of inner power and how we can utilize them to actualize our inherent potential and fulfill our desires for a healthier, happier, and more loving life. The power within our Being is the full power of the universe, and we can access and use this energy in all aspects of our life – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
In today’s meditation, we understand that the source of power is not outside of us. Real strength is not brute force, intimidation, or physical dominance. That is a limited, fear-based kind of power. True power is the unbounded, creative, nurturing force of Nature that expresses itself through our innermost awareness – our empowered self. |
Our centering thought for today is:
I am awakening to the unlimited power of the self.
