Day 5 — Reconnecting Here and Now When our consciousness is settled and centered, we are living in the now and are connected to our power and strength. But when we are tired, stressed, and anxious, we can easily get out of balance and feel cut off from our power. In today’s meditation, we learn how to recognize when have lost touch with our inner strength and balance, and discover how we can reconnect. We see that by to returning to present awareness, we gain access to empowerment, balance, ease, and effectiveness. |
