My message to Deepak and Oprah
Thanks you two, however to become completely whole, demonizing the "ego" is going to have to stop. It is not our "inner devil". That is simplistic duality! We cannot be present on earth without it. Now when we are ready to die, we can give up our ego, yet one must be ready to give up our body too. "Ego" is made up of our shadow and Light parts, and we can choose Light over darkness - only with awareness of that complexity.
