If you really want (with all your heart) to transform something or an issue that has manifested as a dark density within, you will find the density of built up ...energy can and will transform with much more ease if it is approached with gentleness, kindness, observation and no self punishment.
Do not match density of thought with density of the wound, it will just stay stuck and grow even more dense.
