Live Mindlessly or Mindfully (peacefully)



Working with two vets this weekend, both inflicted with PTSD. One is in a state of great anxiety and acts with a lot of obsessiveness, compulsively and his life is definitely in a confused angry state. The other vet has worse physical and emotional problems, but has taken a completely different route - to Spirit. He has a much better attitude being peaceful, mindful and much easier to get along with.
My heart goes out to both of them, and I am just glad I can work with both extremes, and the "angry" one needs my support more than the other.
