I wake up and write something every morning in my gratitude journal - great way to start the day
Ron Alexander And remember, service is a state of mind - staying in the moment wherever and whenever gratefully ready to be of service - helping an elder put a bag of groceries in the car or opening heavy door(it seems like doors are getting heavier all the time or is it just me?)
