Feel your way. Feel for the vibration that matches that joyful, free, happy, relieved sense of already being there. And go there regardless of what is happening physically. Choose your feelings. Be the one who smiles when everyone else is cursing and complaining, because you have a secret everyone else has missed.

I know have that song in my head. Good job, Ron ;-) I think the concept of being detached is misunderstood by some. I didn't begin to understand it until lately. Nothing is permanent. Everything will change. Will all experience loss at some point (and hopefully we deal w/ that by using the grief cycle). Knowing we're not the only ones to lose, and that we will have a next life can be wonderfully soothing. Knwoing that God has something great in mind helps me meet those challenges of change (I do not usually like change- I get very anxious). Those truths help me not worry [about the changes] and be happy with the here and now.
