Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed.

ART as a SPIRITUAL PRACTICE (Moi in white hat)
as a SPIRITUAL PRACTICE
July 24th from 11:00am-1:00pm
Art as a Spiritual Practice is an open creative art experience that unlocks creativity and spiritual connections to self, source, and others. No art skills needed or preferred! Part exploration, part art fun, part mindfulness, part meditation. The first classes will be a deep immersion into color.
Facilitated by our very own Elizabeth Cain, LUT and former assistant here at Unity Charleston. Elizabeth is an exhibiting member of the Charleston Artist Guild and has been teaching art to all ages for more than 20 years. She has led many classes, book studies, and meditation groups and looks forward to bringing this combo package experience to you each month!
This is being offered every fourth Saturday with only 10 spaces available each month. Please RSVP monthly to firstname.lastname@example.org
