Thinking less,

A lot of my thinking consists of rehearsing and rehashing. I find myself often rehearsing what I will say on my next expected encounter. Then, after I say what I rehearsed, I rehash what I said in that encounter. Definitely, would like to be more in the moment and more spontaneous.  Ron Alexander

Suzanne Lynn Huffman Ah, the introvert's quandary! My last administrative assistant sat close enough to me that she could hear me softly continuing conversations, with what I "should have said," after I hung up my phone.
