Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

Love Makes the Way Clear Before Me
I overcome hatred and
anger by the Recognition of Love
There
is but one presence in the universe. Since It is in and through everything, It
must be in and through you. This Presence manifests Itself in and through all
forms, all people, all conditions. This Presence is Life Itself. Its nature is
love and givingness.
Negation
may be an experience and a fact; it can never be a ultimate truth. Life cannot
operate against itself. Always the negative is overcome by the positive. Good
cannot fail to overcome evil. Negative experiences may seem to exist for a
brief moment, but Truth exists forever. This consciousness of Good must
overcome the appearance of evil. Finally, Good will obliterate everything
unlike Itself, even as the sun dissolves the mist.
Say:
I refuse to contemplate evil as a power. I know that it will flee from me; it
dissolves and disappears in the light of love. I know that hate cannot exist
where love is recognized. I turn the searchlight of Truth upon every apparent
evil in my experience. This light dissolves every image of evil. The
manifestation of good is complete. Love makes the way clear before me. I am guided into an ever-widening
experience of living. My every thought and act is an expression of goodness
that flows from Life. Ernest Holmes

Crystal Pyramid in the Bermuda Triangle
I have sailed all around this Triangle from Bermuda to Puerto Rico to Miami and have not seen this one, however I have seen the Bimini "Roads" and mysterious perfect large spheres in about 12 to 15 ft. of water on the Great Bahamas Bank between Bimini and Berry Islands. They were so large that I could not have seen them from a boat - I was in a small plane and there were a number of them equidistant apart. The pilot was not interested - but a great mystery for sure!

Thank You!
If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.

Death Cannot Destroy the Trajectory of our Relationships
Each of our relationships has a trajectory that death doesn't destroy. We see its arc in the inner changes we undergo when we remember deceased loved ones, and even in outward changes as we continue to mold our lives in response to theirs.

Forgiving is a Gift to Yourself!
Taking all the anger and hatred that is standing in your way and replacing it with love is the most healing thing you can do. Fill your soul with love, rather than anger and so many things will change in your life. None of us needs revenge, but we all need love. It is all we really have to give away.
Radiate a Harmonious Loving Energy
If you see good in people, you radiate a harmonious loving energy which uplifts those who are around you. If you can maintain this habit, this energy will turn into a steady flow of love.

Be Rewired for Peace - I was lol!
Ron Alexander I said a couple of months ago in an interview at senior center, "I am not retired, I am rewired." then a few weeks later I had a Pacemaker placed in my chest with wires to the heart. A prophetic statement!
Grief is Not Hatred - an essay by Ron Alexander
Grief is Not Hatred (for J. and Mom especially) by Ron Alexander
“Ask and ye shall receive.” – I prayed, meditated and reflected long for this answer. Anger is not hatred. Confusion is not hatred. Fear is not hatred. Yet all three are poisons that can take away peace. Grief contains all three. Anger at loss, confused because of all the bargaining thinking – feeling being the victim of loss (Why me? Why now? What did I do? Is it my fault?). Then there is the fear of more loss and more bargaining thinking and more anger. It is a vicious toxic cycle. How can I get out of this suicidal pattern? I can look at the stories I have made up about it (Byron Katy). Are they true? Are they absolutely true? Usually never absolutely true! Then what can I do? For one thing it is a relief to know that “anger is not hatred”. So then, I can look at the situation differently and ask for forgiveness. “Forgive them for they know not what they do.” Forgive yourself because you have been confused – I did not know what I was doing. Then since I realize we are all one (despite the anger, the confusion, the fear), I can use the Ho’Oponopono Prayer:
I am sorry. (I never hated you, I was angry in my grief.)
Please forgive me. (I know you will, and I lose the fear.)
Thank you! (Yes, forgiveness is there for Us!)
I love you! (And moi, since we are all One)
Peace from clarity - this is for Mom, J., B., L.J., and anyone who has felt my anger! I have never hated anyone. I am so grateful for you forgiving me and me forgiving myself! This does not mean I want to be with you other than in Spirit. And I pray without ceasing "Thank you: on one breath then "Love you" on the next on and on hopefully!
I humbly appreciate your sharing this Lloyd Leamon and Garna Sorensen! The reflection started when I was shockingly disinherited by my Mom as only living child of 5. I knew she loved me, so I realized finally that she was in a lot of grief and confused anger with hatred!
Lloyd Leamon Good insight Ron. I too suffered at the hands of a domineering father. Carrying the feelings around consumed me for a number of years. It was not until I came to realization that even though what I perceived as his misguided actions, is intentions were for the good. One of the many insights I learnt only in retrospect was that in forgiving him I was really releasing negativity in myself, and although I live in a world where injustices do happen, I also live in a world where injustices can be corrected.

I, giving
I, want
is literally the crucifixion,
the nail
in the coffin.
The crucifixion is not in the past.
There is no history but the current thought.
I, lack
I, body
I, prison
I, want
is the death camp
of deprivation,
starvation,
forever longing,
unfed,
unfulfilled,
craving,
desperate,
destitute
I, don't want
I, am
I, Love
I, gratitude
I, service
I, limitless
I, infinite
I, overflowing

Patience however remedy imperfections starting now or not!
Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them – every day begin the task anew.

Honey - A Healing Soul dog!
Elena Salvador
Elena Salvador posted this.
yesterday was national cat hug day...today....our dear friend Ron says ... it's national dog day ...
Ron Alexander:

Ron Alexander Honey was a service dog before there were official "service dogs". She worked with me in a spiritual support group for "life-threatened" young adults - she would sit in the middle of the group and wait until it was obvious who was in most emotional pain, and then go sit not at their feet but on their feet. She would pull wheelchairs, go sailing, swimming, hiking, dancing, - whatever we did, she did...Everybody loved her! Right Gerry Spencer
Ron Alexander Yes, she loved it on the mountain where we drummed, chanted and danced every full moon. That is where I left her body, and when we went up there, we could feel her spirit strongly and especially other dogs too!
Ron Alexander Yes, however she was primarily a boat dog, I found her as a puppy on a boat, and she lived with me and sailed with me on one for a couple years. When the guests did not want a dog on a sunset dinner charter, she would run on the banks and beaches doing her best to stay close when out on boat. She loved dolphins too! Here is an illustration from one of my books.
Gerry Spencer right Stacy loved Honey So did Michael Honey holds a special place in all of our hearts So do you Ron we will miss you at the conference
