Healing Quickly

Thanks dear friends, I have been diagnosed with a slow heart for a long time, and they used to call it an "Athletic Heart". They say it just slowed down to much over the years. And I do feel GREAT! Again this morning - ALIVE! And of course ...it was great to come back home to that juice. Previously, I started noticing this during Zumba and had to cut short 2 straight classes, and then could not even get going enough to go to last one, that is when I called VA nurse, who heard me and directed me to the ER. I cannot lift arm over my head for 4 to 6 weeks., so I am going to go back to my gentle aerobics of running for a minute, resting for 2 then on up to 4 minutes of running - that will keep me in shape, until I can get back to Zumba! thanks for your continued inspiration and support
