Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

Listen, listen, listen to my heart's song.
Listen, listen, listen to my heart's song.
I will always love you I will always serve you.
I will always love you I will always serve you.
Listen, listen, listen to my heart's song.
Listen, listen, listen to my heart's song.
I will never forget you I will never forsake you.
I will never forget you I will never forsake you.
Listen, Listen, Listen to My Heart Song
This chant was written by Paramahamsa Yogananda, author of the Autobiography of a Yogi. One of the early yoga masters to come to the West. He founded the Self-Realization Fellowship in 1920 and taught Kriya-Yoga. He was passionate about reconciling Christianity and Hinduism.
