Blessing must arise from within your own mind. It is not something that comes from outside. When the positive qualities of your mind increase and the negativities decrease, that is what blessing means. The Tibetan word for blessing … means transforming into magnificent potential. Therefore, blessing refers to the development of virtuous qualities you did not previously have and the improvement of those good qualities you have already developed. ― Dalai Lama XIV

New Years ONENESS Blessings - Peace to the World
World Family wishes for the Peace, Joy, Love with the realization of our Oneness.
That we all realize our Beauty of Truth by living from our Christ Self and manifesting our Buddha Nature creating Heaven (on Earth) in 2011.
May all Beings be happy.
May all Beings be safe.
May all Beings be free.
May all Beings be Loved.
May all Beings be Loving.
May all Beings be Love.
May all Beings be joyful.
May all Beings be peaceful.
"I am sorry. Please forgive me...Thank you. I love you." (Ho'Oponopono prayer)
If anyone has felt hurtful energy &/or words from me. I would like to make amends. I want a new start for 2011, which I want to make like Heaven (on earth), and I wish the same for you! I am so grateful for our One World Family, Oneness in Love, Joy & Peace, ron
"When you realize that anyONE wants their family to live in PEACE, LOVE, FREEDOM and have an abundant LIFE using their personal talents to create a fulfilling LIFE experience, it becomes obvious that the main thing that parts us is who we see as our family. We are ONE family, ONE world and ONE being, and remembering this will solve most of humanity's problems"~Bent Kim Lundberg
thanks to Dean Banks for this image!
Hi, Ron ~ hoping you're doing well (sounds like it is true from the tone of your emails!) and sending you best wishes for the happiest of new years filled with mucl Love & prosperity, good times, good friends, good health, good fun and abundant surprises! Much Love, H. Hi H., Great to hear from you. Memories of those times with Byron Katie - ever see her anymore? Back in those days, I had persistent anxious monkey mind thoughts going on all the time, feeling less than - not good enough, and as I am sure you know, I was feeling needy all the time. Now after a year of intense Oneness Groups/training and Vipassana Meditation (silent retreats and daily sitting), I feel strongly part of a healing world community devoted to spreading Oneness. The Meditation is clearing out old toxic patterns, while the Oneness groups (several a week) has really improved my relationships. So, yes, I am a much different person than when I was with you involved with Byron Katie, whose turn around Work still helps me in the Oneness process. How are you dear and what is going on in your life? Are you still working for that Hollywood lawyer?
Oh, one of the best things that happened to me, is when Mom shockingly virtually left me out of her will, especially since I was only one of 5 children still alive. Well, I chose to "seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all things shall be added..." instead of killing myself. This led to the Vipassana Meditation & Oneness Training & groups. And an awakening to Divine Inheritance which appears to be ongoing, thank God! Also, recently I have entered into a relationship that could be permanent. Jeanne is someone who I knew at first as a metaphysical teacher ten years ago, we kept in touch and a few months ago, she become a widow. Her husband was almost bankrupt, so she faced much the same issues that I did at my lack of "inheritance" - a desperation that led her back to Spirit.
Bent from Denmark, a Facebook friend writes what I was trying to convey even better: "When you realize that anyONE wants their family to live in PEACE, LOVE, FREEDOM and have an abundant LIFE using their personal talents to create a fulfilling LIFE experience, it becomes obvious that the main thing that parts us is who we see as our family. We are ONE family, ONE world and ONE being, and remembering this will solve most of humanity's problems"~Bent Kim Lundberg

Angels
There are celestial angels and there are angels upon the earth. Be open to them and listen with your heart and soul; they are there for you. Try to be at peace, accepting your flaws as well as your beauty. Know yourself; they know you and are with you. Just trust what they are telling you; we call it intuition, but it is the angels speaking to us. Lovely Post.

Unconditional Love is alive in us again!
Kristiana Owens
The unconditional love and hope with which we are born into this world is alive in us again. We draw upon its powerful innocence each time we feel our deepest passions stirred at the sight of towering peaks, a newborn fawn, a budding tulip, or another's eyes. It is in these moments we recognize we are connected to the Life that breathes As us throughout All That Is. It is this passion we must move from in each moment of our lives, as a Whole, that will allow tomorrow's Light to shine into the darkest corners of our Now to give rise to The Day we have all been waiting for. Our New Dawn awaits only the opening of our Hearts through which The Light that never sets will come. It is You who will let it in. ♥
"LOVE is an agent of change and the strongest agent of change you will ever encounter. It is what god is and the fabric of universe and of you, and when you allow yourself to be LOVE and express it fully, you are aligning with your true self which brings you into the flow and makes all your challenges become possibilities for positive change. Be LOVE and be FREE to enjoy LIFE fully"~Bent Kim Lundberg
Ask God for Forgiveness even if other person appears to be in wrong
When people do things to hurt you or others ask God for forgiveness because they are a part of us in spirit as we are a part of them in spirit. When we take responsibility for the actions of all of us, we deepen the awareness of our connection to all of life and move pro-actively toward greater communication and understanding. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Ron Alexander: The Ho'oponopono prayer is "I am sorry, please forgive me...thank you. I love you." is meant to be prayed even if the other person appeared to be in the wrong, as it is said that we have created everything that happens in our lives anyway. However, I like your words "we are all parts of each other in Spirit."@Ron:
It is the same principle as the Ho'oponopono prayer. Accepting responsibility is the key point.
Kirsten wrote:
"Thanks, once again, Dean! i love the contents on this plaque. I live by this premise. Often people would ask me, how can I forgive such a hurtful act, and why don't I take advantage of a given opportunity to seek revenge. I reply, "vengeance is mine, saith the Lord." I forgive for my own peace of mind. Anger, animosity, and bitterness rots the bones; it's so self-destructive. God expects us to trust in him, and this is what I try to do. I actually make a habit to pray and ask God's forgiveness for the people who hurt me. in the long run, I feel proud of myself and gain inner peace."

Union of Twin Flames Part 2
Noy Traba Y: WOW!!! I woke up at an ungodly time and opened my box, this is the vid that I was lead to ... very interesting. It further changed my perspective in life (from this time > on).
I am so grateful to you Noy, the Knower of Now, the Angel of Joy. I will share that powerful video. I AM THAT. I AM MANIFESTING LOVE. I AM LOVE NOW! x7
Love does not make you a doormat
"You do not become a doormat by choosing LOVE. Think of Jesus, Muhammad, Mahatma Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu. None of these were/are doormats, and they have tremendous influence on all of humanity. It's all up to you. All the power of the universe lies inside you in the kingdom of god, and no change outside of you has power even remotely close to the power of LOVE"~Bent Kim Lundberg
Andy Skadberg: I think of these great souls often, I see them as our teachers and guides and they have shown that the way is clear and relatively simple. The challenge is backing out of the intellectual conundrum that we have created in the labyrinth of thinking not directed by our hearts.
Bent Kim Lundberg: I have observed that some believe that choosing to be the LOVE from inside is equivalent to letting things be. That I believe is an incorrect observation. LOVE is the strongest power in universe and the only power that can heal a world. ♥Choosing to be the LOVE that is you and express it takes great personal courage, when living in a world where most people believe we are separate from each other, and choose to fight themselves, as there is noONE else to fight because we are ONE being. ♥
For those that believe that you can gain anything by fighting yourself I have this to say. Humanity has waged wars upon ourselves and sent our kids out to kill our kids for thousands of years, and we have never created the result we wanted, lasting PEACE ♥
That is because you cannot remove the milk from the glass by pouring more milk into it ♥ Like you cannot end aggression with aggression. It simply does not work and it has never worked. It is not possible to solve a problem with the same energy that created it ♥
LOVE is an agent of change and the strongest agent of change you will ever encounter. It is what god is and the fabric of universe and of you, and when you let yourself be LOVE and express it fully, you are aligning yourself with your true self which brings you into the flow and makes all your challenges become possibilities for positive change ♥
We are ONE being of LOVE and when you remember this and live it, you are changing our world in profound ways. In ONENESS you cannot lie, steal, hurt, cheat or kill anyONE as whatever you do you are doing to yourself, so recognizing our ONENESS and living it is the solution to all of humanity's problems ♥
When you go to your heart for your decisions you will no longer be blinded by all the things outside of you, as they loose their influence on your way of choosing. You will search for your own truth in all matters, and leave deception and lies behind you as obsolete choices of mankind. You will stop believing in old foolish believes like trying to solve a problem with a hammer, like we do NOW by waging wars etc. ♥
When you choose to be the LOVE that is you, you become powerful beyond measure. You will recognize that nothing can hurt you and you will not bend from stating your truth in fear of repercussions or judgment. You become untouchable from the opinions of others, as you will know your truth fully, and you will have the courage to stand behind it ♥
When you ask your heart for advice, you will soon remember that you attract/create anything by what you think and the power of the feelings you add to that. So you will start using your mind and your heart consciously to create the world as you want to see it, instead of occupying your mind with things that you do not want to become real ♥
Even the gangs here that has tried to bother me, because they do not like that I call it chicken behavior to come 12 men to a fight with ONE, or carrying arms, is totally lost when they recognize that I do not fear them, and that they cannot pressure me in any way at all. They simply cannot handle that I do not judge them or fear them, and when I raise my energy they are not able to do anything to hurt me ♥
As ONE you will never let anyONE abuse another version of you, so there is no letting it be in ONENESS and LOVE. By choosing to be the LOVE from inside, you will change your world every moment by making choices of LOVE and caring. That is exactly what humanity need to finally set us FREE to live LIFE as a journey in happiness and JOY, as we are meant to ♥
I LOVE you and I see that you are LOVE and that you are ONE with all. I believe that being LOVE will solve all our problems, and urge you to choose it fully. This is my truth which is never a better truth. Your truth is found in your heart, and when choosing to listen to your heart instead of your mind, you will not only set yourself FREE, but set humanity FREE. ♥
Thank you for being such amazing versions of me. I LOVE you and I remember fully who you are. Fear not, for there is nothing in existence that can hurt you as you are an eternal being of LOVE, and you have been here forever in this precious moment of NOW, and will always be here ♥ The rest is just illusion ♥
I LOVE you ♥ Namaste
See More
Bent: @Andy. Thank you LOVE ♥ We see this the same way ♥ These great teachers has shown us that the choice of stopping believing in the noise outside of us, and trusting your heart instead, will set us FREE of all the 'faulty' ways we do things ...NOW, because others has told us that it is how to do things, even though we have never gained the results we wanted by this behavior ♥ I just wrote about it in my comment above this ♥ It is also my truth that when asking your heart for your truth will set you FREE of limiting beliefs. It has never worked to try to create PEACE by waging war, but being PEACE and LOVE will bring PEACE to all ♥ I LOVE you ♥♥♥
♥Andy Skadberg: Yes, Bent, what a powerful sharing of yours, and you will find this is absolutely validated by a message that came to me with absolute clarity in a blog of mine - this message came so readily and easily that I suspect it came through inspiration from Source. http://13lightmessages.blogspot.com/2010/10/love-transcends_31.htm

It is my firm conviction that human nature is essentially compassionate and gentle. That is the predominant feature of human nature. Anger, violence, and aggression may arise, but on a secondary or more superficial level; in a sense, they arise when we are frustrated in our efforts to achieve love and affection. They are not part of our most basic, underlying nature.
Love one another! NOW! ♥♥♥♥♥

LISTENING
Dean A. Banks
What makes music beautiful are the spaces in between the notes. Without them the notes are drones without character, noise without form and a tonic statement without peace. Make time for the spaces in between the events in your life to listen to the guidance of creator of the universe. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Philip Loveless: Thats a beautiful story Dean. I felt just like those cats at several Tibetn bowl healing concerts . Probably was puurrrring as well
Morris F. Keller: Everything in our universe has resonance, which means it vibrates emitting a frequency. The healing frequencies to our bodies are the ones emitted by the visible light spectrum like bathing in a rainbow of seven colors red, orange, yellow, blue, green, lavender and violet. Sound can duplicate these frequencies and heal our bodies as well. I have been involved in energy healing research for 25 years. check out our link: http://www.naturalcleansingtechniques.com/energy-healing.html Blessings, Morris
Ron Alexander: Great Dr. Dean. I meditated on Guidance this AM. Determined to listen, an hour and ten minutes went by like ten minutes. "I AM THAT. I AM LISTENING. I AM BEING GUIDED BY THE DIVINE NOW! x 7

In These Arms, A Song for All Beings-Jennifer Berezan
This is a beautiful song based on the Buddhist prayer:
May all beings be happy
May all beings be safe
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering
May all beings live in peacealso
The famous Meditation Teacher Jack Kornfeld shares some inspirational words.
Can there be anything more beautiful than young love?
Is there anything more beautiful in life than a young couple
clasping hands and pure hearts in the path to marriage? Can
there be anything more beautiful than young love?
Yes, there is a more beautiful thing. It is the spectacle
of an old man and an old woman finishing their journed together
on that path. Their hands may be gnarled, but still clasped;
their faces wrinkled but still radiant; their hearts may
be tired and slow as well as their brain, but still strong
and wise with love and devotion to each other. Yes, there is
a more beautiful thing than young love. Old love.
It takes a person of great heart to see...the wisdom the elders have to offer, and so serve them out of gratitude for the life they have passed on to us.

Feb. 11th - Feb. 13th with Michael & Doug (Oneness)
Hey Michael (@ Suzanne), our Oneness Blessing Groups are really blossoming more each week. Tonight, several of us committed to come there for Feb. 11 & 12th workshop! Can you send me info. about it. I would like to give you credit card # to reserve spot there. My friends Pam & Lisa just returned are are just glowing! Happy Holy Days and may 1011 be like Heaven (on Earth), ron
Michael Milner:
Hi Ron, You ROCK! Great news! I just Skyped with Doug Bentley. Florida will host a regional Oneness conference with the "new process" & Doug in attendance, Feb 11-13, the weekend of the big energy shift! We want to involve as many trainers as possible. Please, mark your calendar and let your local communities know. It will be a great opportunity for all the Trainers, Deeksha Givers & the Oneness community in our Southeast US region to join & work together. It is completely in our hands to make this happen.
Doug Bentley
We are planning to start Friday night Feb 11 and end by about 5PM Sunday afternoon. We do not yet know the location of the venue, probably in the Tampa area, nor do we know the specific details of the event (such as: Cost? Will it include a Oneness Awakening to initiate new Deeksha Givers? Will non Deesha Givers be able to participate in the "New Process"?). We will share details as they become available. It will definitely include the "New Process" Sri Bhagavan is introducing to us in January at the Trainers conferences in LA & Toronto which will be fully empowered... on Feb11!
Merry Christmas! Love & Hugs!
Michael
"When we begin to accept ourselves exactly as we are,
experiencing the full content of each moment without conflict or resistance, and join together around the world with others whose hearts are flowering, the Light of Infinite Love will flood the Earth!"
Thanks Michael Milner .. expect to be with you & Suzanne on Feb. 11th - 13th - hope you have the Oneness Blessing Training and Initiation also! Loving our Oneness, ron
Lisa Jones: Thanks for sharing ron. Thanks to Michael and Suzanne for this past weekend. What a lovely experience. See you in February.

Happy Holy Days & May 2011 Be Like Heaven (on Earth)
Dalai Lama
People often expect the other person to respond first in a positive way, instead of taking the initiative to create that possibility. I feel that's wrong; it can act as a barrier that just promotes a feeling of isolation from others. To overcome feelings of isolation and loneliness, your underlying attitude m...akes a tremendous difference - approaching others with the thought of compassion in your mind is the best way.
One of my goals of the 2011 is to make it like Heaven and be a love finder and not a fault finder (goes along with The Dalai Lama above) peace, love & joy in Oneness, ron

Winter Solstice Lunar Eclipse
Solstice ceremony at Unity tonight at 7pm & before church it is powerful to go to a beach or a field where you can watch the sun go down as the full moon comes up. You can feel the energetic surge from that. There is a group meeting at Isle of Light at 4:30 for that same reason, and then some of us will go to church leaving by 6pm for service starting at 7! Eclipse was spectacular last night (really very early this am, and five of us had a blast of dancing, affirmations and laughing. Peace, Love & Joy in Oneness, ron
Jeanne Porter Ashley: Ron, it was a very happy time dancing with you and everyone else on the frozen white beach sand... laughing and calling for more success, love and fun in the new year to come! Much love, Jeanne
Jeanne Porter Ashley
Solstice was clouded out! BUT, they are still up there letting us know that....brightness and longer light of day is happening now! Jeanne:

Shutting the Monkey Mind Up & Loving the Ego!
Shutting the Monkey Up
My new friend asked me why I meditated in the AM?
She told me she could never understand meditation
then as "you wake up refreshed and ready to go".
I told her that I woke up with my thoughts all
...over the place - a "monkey mind" aptly called by
the Zen Buddhists, and I enjoy the sitting
in order to feel "refreshed and ready to go.
"Humankind (apologies to 'monkeys') differs from the animals only by a little, and most people throw that away." Confucius
Whale wrote:
Ron, I agree - I have to do my practices before 10am in the morning - or my
days just don't flow and it is that (monkey chatter) that tells me things I
don't need to dwell on.
Making that connection every morning has strengthened me beyond m...y wildest dreams.
You may be doing this already - but if not - try this - Start bringing some cetaceans into your meditation with you daily and ask them to help you navigate the waters of your days.
working with the cetacean energy daily and sometimes 3-4 times a day for the 12-14 months - has changed my spiritual practice. It's calmer - it's more expansive - BIGGER maybe - it has added a beautiful addition to my practices.
Have an awesome weekend!

Travis E. Duke: For those looking to "understand " meditation...I wish you well on this hopeless struggle....For those looking to" practice" meditation...see you in the zendo @ 6:00 am.....
Ron Alexander: Or not! Tired of "practicing"? Real meditating - my choice is Vipassana!
Buddha's own - You have to go to ten day silent retreat, ten hrs per day and 2 hours of instruction at night. and complete it to even become a student. Or not - agre...e "understanding" is impossibe, however the experience is no-mind bliss to me!
Yewguan Tan: was there at 5am damn missed the meditation-i neither understood nor practiced meditation-i let it understand and practice me-thats the madness of 5am will try 6am
Ron Alexander: Yew are so funny! thanks for lighting up our life!
Jeanne Porter Ashley: so, those of us who wake up relaxed and ready to go..should..what? Wait til later, I guess! I always thought no question was a bad question...I'll keep my special later time-of-day, it works for me, my darlings! I think that is what it is about, though, if it works for us individually. Namaste' Metta Gassho
Travis E. Duke: Every once in a while, I do get tired of practicing...the trick is I don't let it stop me...I've been to several silent sesshins and , for me, if there is anything more real than zazen...I can't handle it!! " The zazen I speak of is not lea...rning meditation , it is the Dharma gate of repose & bliss, the practice realization of total accumulated enlightenment , it is the manifestation of ultimate reality " Dogen Zenji Of course, this is but one path to true freedom, there are several others. Bless you all in your travels ***
Jeanne Porter Ashley: Blessings on your path to true freedom, Travis, too! namaste, all!7
Ron Alexander: Travis, what a humble kind response! I was arrogant in my response and I apologize for it. I am not a good Vipassana meditator, however, like you, I do SIT! and thane I get to that place of being completely here sometimes that keeps me SITTING! Usually, it takes a good part of that 60 minutes to get there if I get to that blissful place of feeling pure freedom, however it is worth it! So I am a practitioneer too. And I don't sit the other hour that Goenka recommendts - maybe 15 minutes or so before bed time, because usually the meditation gets me so charged I can''t sleep, however the "charge" is not the goal, equanimity is, which is good for sleep, so I am very far from being a "good" meditator. Need a few more of those silent retreats - at least you can go for 3 days once you are an "old" student! And a student needing practice is me
Travis E. Duke: Apology accepted Ron !! Although to be honest, I didn't take offense the first time... To me, just starting over & over again with humility & equanimity is enlightenment, (like I would know??/ HAHA) Besides, buddhist precepts caution against "harboring ill will" so given that I can't fully live up to them anyway, I need to do the best I can. Finding our own path and sticking to it , no matter what, is, for me, where it's at. What anyone else needs to do---I haven't the foggest notion, trulyRon Alexander: Good dialogue! vs. discussing (dissing & cussing) - learning alot here, thank you, Travis et. al.
Yewguan Tan: a glimpse i had was that we Always operate at Deepest and Highest levels of Meditation-anything else we allow in the day is optional-
i am embarrassed to say i am a meditator perhaps a mediator-
·
Ron Alexander: Ah Yew, always out of the box thinking! I luv it! thanks! Not attached to any result I have been taught...sadness, fear - let it go...happiness, bliss let it go, as it all passes anyway! Mindfulness or what Goenka calls equanimity is the de...sired result - the middle road between the extremes, when I can get there in meditation, I am much more effective and creative in my work and relationships, although stormy seas occur, I know which sails to set! and head as quickly as possible to a safe harbor. A safe return to equanimity is what I call Grace. The more awakened the quicker the cruise.
Most of my life has been on stormy seas. However, I am glad to say finally, I reach safer quieter refuge harbors quicker, as I meditate more. Ironically, (Yew might like this?), at the same time, these harbors of repose are also fountains of youth. And I have to credit yoga, tai chi, Unity Oneness, Science of Mind, great growing community of spiritual friends (including you wise guys on cyberspace!)
Travis E. Duke:
" Whatever teachings there are in Zen, they come out of one's own mind . We teach ourselves ; Zen merely points the way D. T. Suzuki
Travis E. Duke: Hard to believe intellectually : That you can have it all, by giving up everything....." Look within , thou art the Buddha " The Buddha
May be saying the same thing, as you Bobby, however with all respect I want to expound on this important subject - Part of dualism is thinking that our ego is seperate from ourselves. "Earth guide" termed by Gary Zukav is best name for ego ...I have heard. Now it is problem to be "egotistical or egoist" - that is ego out of balance. Freud in the 1930's originally named the "ego" the connection between the id (our instinctual self) and the superego (our higher self). Helen was the one who started the demonizing of the ego when she channeled ACIM. Bill Thetford, the scribe of ACIM and Helen's boss, told us when we studied with him in Tiburon (along with Jerry Jampolsky) to "tear out those pages". Don't try to overcome the ego, unless you are ready to leave your body and the earth or possibly if you live in monastery or ashram where you can be fully supported - fed, clothed, etc.
Shirley Smith: Go Ron..Go Ron....I feel ya. More like I have to deal with this all the time. ughh. I know the answer is to overcome with love, but growth can get pretty messy.
Rajiv Pandit: I absolutely agree with Ron Alexander: Ego is that by which we remain in superficial touch with ourselves and with the external world, it is as much our existence in the body as is the body itself. The only way to let go of Ego is to die.
The problem is not Ego - but...
a) Lack of Ego - not being in touch with ourselves and with external reality - being driven by animal desires or fears
b) SuperEgo - being driven by ideals and strong values - which could get dangerous if they become rigid and tyrannical. The superego is generally well under control if the values / ideals are our own original and heartfelt or "lived" ideals or values, but it can go out of control if it is an "acquired" superego - brainwashed and indoctrinated into us from external sources - through manipulative and sometimes harsh means.Ron Alexander: Rajiv Pande:" I absolutely agree with Ron Alexander: (Thanks so much, Pande This is Ron and I have healed my ego, it was pretty sick - weak which led to nervous breakdown when my ex-wife betrayed me, and now my ego is well again thanks to Spirit!)

You are not your story!
Barb Walker: Had a dream last night about working and woke up realizing how much of my life I felt like a fraud, feeling like I had to pretend to be what some boss or lover wanted. The trouble is, then we don't get to give the gifts we really bring. I have retired in more ways than one. But what a waste!

Emmanuel Jal - We Want Peace Official Music Video feat Alicia Keys, Geor...
Peace by Christmas, Peace everyday!
Peace by Christmas, peace everyday.
On Christmas day people strive to be LOVING, caring, compassionate, giving, sharing and kind. Even soldiers in war are known to find PEACE and stop fighting on this day. We think of the wonderful example of Jesus who taught us of LOVE, ONENESS, forgiving and JOY of each other. When ...you recognize your ONENESS with all , and live the truth of your heart, every day becomes Christmas! Bent Kim Lundberg

Derek Stone:
We are all connected through forms of Vibration; Spiritually, Mentally and Physically. We are One, we all came from One and our re-incarnations provide us with opportunites (Freewill) to get back to being One. Nobody is better than anybody else because we are all One. ONE ONE ONE - Love Everybody

Eva Tzouma Javier and Ron you are such a magnificent angels!!! I love you both!!!
Derek Stone Thanks for sharing Brother Ron and beautiful Photo
Bunni Vaughan Healy With all due respect, we don't need "to get back to being one". We only need to get back to knowing that we are all and always one whether we know it or not.
Ron Alexander You, HoniONieBunni, are so RIGHT. I am sure Derek meant to write "Being One is so much fun!" Me, I would rather be happy!
Ron Alexander "Joy is the realization of the truth of oneness..." in the Joy of Oneness, ron

Put a Little Love in Your Heart
Getting in the Holy Days Spirit! This has scenes from the deLIGHTful movie scrooged starring Bill Murray!
Turnaround of the Heart (deep appreciation) / Adyashanti
The beauty of Self is that it's not a matter of acquiring anything, being held in high regard, or being seen or noticed. It's a matter of being the intrinsic beauty of what you are, that inner blessedness. To experience that deeply, just let it sink in, not as an answer but as a question: Could it be that this blessedness is what I am?--Adyashanti
Relaxing the Self (vs. killing off the ego)
The last chapter in Buddha's Brain is brilliant: "Relaxing the Self" (instead of killing off the ego - my words).
This Buddha quote segues in nicely: Do not judge yourself harshly. Without mercy for ourselves we cannot love the world. -- Buddha
"Love the person you are , as much as you would care about any person
dear to you, but don't love the self or any other mind object." BUDDHA'S BRAIN, Rick Hanson, et. al.
Dr. Hanson goes on to even defend the "self" (which appears to be his word of choice instead of the demonized "ego"): "The apparent self is useful for relationships and
for a healthy sense of psychological coherence over time. Humans have a sense of self
because it served vital survival functions during our evolution. It is pointless to be averse to the self, since aversion intensifies the self. The point is to see through the self and let it relax and disperse.
The self grows through identification, possession, pride and separation from the world and life. We explored many ways to disengage from these and, instead, center increasingly in openhearted spaciousness, goodwill towards one's own thriving, and in contented peaceful relationships with other beings."
It is so refreshing to read the above without hearing about how we have to "trash the ego" "as being "averse to the 'ego', strengthens the 'ego'. Needless to say I highly recommend BUDDHA'S BRAIN! ron alexander

What is it like to be awakened?
Skype-ÃºÃ¾Ã½Ñ„ÃµÑ€ÃµÃ½Ñ†Ã¸Ñ Ñ Alina Shalev from Matvey Sopronenkov on Vimeo.
">Russian Oneness Community interviews Alina Shalev - an awakened member of the California Oneness Community - worldonenesscommunity.com
Comment by Maria Bernett "1 day ago I saw Alina at the Oneness Intensive in Los Angeles in November. After dinner about 200 participants returned to the conference room for our session with her and Stuart Mooney, another awakened OBG. Everyone was talking so much and the room was very loud. I looked up and saw the two close their eyes. No one seemed to be paying attention as the talking continued loudly. Within about 30 seconds the entire conference room was in complete silence and we all had our eyes closed and were in a blissful meditative state. This happened without any words and without us being prompted in any way. It just happened that we were suddenly in this state.
It showed me that while I sometimes go in and out of states that are similar to what Alina describes in her interview, the state of permanent awakening is so much more profound and truly one awakened being can have such a positive effect on large groups of people just by their mere presence.
Just seeing and experience this was a great revelation for me, as she is a mother and has a normal life just like so many of us. Although intellectually I knew that through Grace anyone can become awakened, I had the concept deep inside that one had to be a monk or a sage of some sort to become awakened. Thank you Alina. Thank you Oneness Russia. ."
From above: "Everyone was talking so much and the room was very loud. I looked up and saw the two close their eyes. No one seemed to be paying attention as the talking continued loudly. Within about 30 seconds the entire conference room was in complete silence and we all had our eyes closed and were in a blissful meditative state. This happened without any words and without us being prompted in any way. It just happened that we were suddenly in this state."Alina: My "I" just completely disappeared.
"Your Awakened State is there already there. You were born in this Natural State. It will never leave you. It is not effort but surrender that will get you there."
Bunni Vaughan Healy:
My life is turning more and more into the state she is talking about. Having experienced it (and it is the greatest high ever) it makes me wonder at how I can spend even minutes outside of this state of bliss/oneness/knowing. In that awakened state it is almost impossible to imagine getting hooked into some ego issue then something catches me off guard and I get knocked off center (which is really minor and only lasts minutes compared to my completely off center & angry reactions of years ago). However, I can remember now within seconds that I am off center, that I am the one who needs a re-adjustment.
It is so amazing and seems so simple. Then I laugh. I've been working at this really simple shift for 40 years now. I used to fight for it now I practice non-resistance for it. .
Bonnie Scrudato:
Woo Hoo! .
Ron Alexander: And that is why I call you "HoniOnieBunni", my dear One, ron

Jeanne Porter Ashley: Every act of love is a work of peace no matter how small. ~
Lamar Holmes: Since we all know within ourselves we are peace, where we came from is peace. We came here to experience peace on these creational levels, we need only to show acts of peace to bring forth that peace that is within our hearts and soul, and it shall be for we are truly one family, one being in the mind of God and in reality. As we walk down the street and look into each others eyes we see ourselves for we are cut from the same cloth

When people start to meditate or to work with any kind of spiritual discipline, they often think tha...t somehow they're going to improve, which is a sort of subtle aggression against who they really are. It's a bit like saying, "If I jog, I'll be a much better person." "If I could only get a nicer house, I'd be a better person." "If I could meditate and calm down, I'd be a better person"...
But loving-kindness - maitri - toward ourselves doesn't mean getting rid of anything. Maitri means that we can still be crazy after all these years. We can still be angry after all these years. We can still be timid or jealous or full of feelings of unworthiness. The point is not to try to change ourselves. Meditation practice isn't about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It's about befriending who we are already. The ground of practice is you or me or whoever we are right now, just as we are. That's the ground, that's what we study, that's what we come to know with tremendous curiosity and interest. - Pema Chodron

those Zens always trying to throw us a curveball, sometimes they work and sometimes you get hit upside the head and they hurt. This one was pretty effective, and of course, taking the "try" out, we do become better, more compassionate, more joyful, more peaceful with more loving kindness, re we meditate.
