Mindfulness and practice

As Mirabai Bush says,  "Mindfulness has to do with paying attention to what's happening in the moment without judgment.” People who practice mindfulness have higher emotional IQs (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills), are more authentic, more in touch with their intuition, play more naturally to their strengths, make better decisions, and are able to more easily tap into their inner creativity.
