Facilitated a woman today on "i am worthless."
TA: I am valuable (to me).
I am the only one in the entire universe that can free me from fear.
The multibillion dollar pharmaceutical corporations and drugs cannot do it. A lover cannot do it.
No job can do it.
Byron Katie, Jesus, Buddha, Adyashanti...
cannot do it.
Only I can identify and question my thoughts
and give me freedom...
Only I can find out what is true and not true for me.
Only I can experience being love (to me and others),
can truly serve myself and others.
I am priceless,
endless,
limitless,
Unknowable.
There is nothing in the world,
no amount of money or love
that can touch this.
My honesty is beyond all measure of value.
I am all there is in this moment--
my internal experience
all there ever is.
Every speck of the Universe.
This one.
This moment.
