Those Who Get Me on Love and Accept your Anger

Anger is Love (I had to learn to accept my anger - even to embrace it...) Ron Alexander
Activating my Inner Witness has been essential to my growth. Lately, I realized I was observing, however not accepting my anger - I was rejecting myself - feeling guilty and even shame. Now, I am learning to embrace it and realize even anger comes from love!
Pema says it best for me:

Jax Byrne I once went to a bereavement counsellor and vented my rage and called it hate. The counsellor remarked that for someone who hated, i was giving it so much energy. That's when i saw it. The anger was a defence against love. That was a major breakthrough and the beginning of healing

Ron Alexander Thanks Jax Byrne! Yes!

Jax Byrne Space for embracing everything ♡

Ron Alexander Yes, "Room for all this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy..."

Jax Byrne To be angry or sad (or any other emotion) does not alter what we are) but to repress these emotions blocks healing.

Julie Rouse this dream is walking us back home...everything "here" is for that purpose. Our true home is love. So whatever in our dream is waking us up to the love, our true nature, is true for that person. So I get what Ron is saying. Through his journey of anger he is experiencing love

Julie Rouse Your experience with anger is waking you up...that is just my thought

Ron Alexander thanks for sharing - most important: Connect with the vulnerability in you and others and honor the love that is at the root of this feeling. Use the clarity and energy that anger offers to take care of yourself and others. Let anger become a catalyst for creativity
