Support my Digital Storytelling Please!

Ron can you do that training so we can start project?

Ron A., Ph.D
Professor and Associate Dean for Research
Medical University of South Carolina
V.A. Hospital, Charleston, S. C.
I'd like to share this project by my FB friend "Captain" Ron Alexander. He's doing this to help others who have lost family/friends in wars. Digital storytelling has been used by Holocaust survivors and is both therapeutic and instrumental in teaching the next generation. Please give it a look.

Deborah Bernard A wonderful tribute delivered beautifully.
Hi, Ron:
I watched this video several times over 2 days, trying to fully appreciate it.
It is a poignant and deeply moving tribute to your brother, Barry. It certainly
affirms his life and service.Your devotion to and love for him is a witness to
the man he was and the brother you still are to him today. Yes, Spirit is the ...
word.
Thank you for sharing. It helped me, too.
Sincerely,
Nancy D.
Alberta Mallory Simon: Please people, take a couple of minutes to watch this very moving video and support the training as you can...

thanks dear Sister Pam, I was working with a brain-injured vet today - kinda frustrating without all the know-how and expensive tech. tools, but I am devoted to this purpose, and Vet and his wife are very appreciative, as it gets him out of his self-pity!

Pamela Arrington I don;t know if you have seen the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's virtual information but it is extensive with interviews and letters and such. Not just ofThe Holocaust but of other genocides as well. The story-telling is instrumental in healing and teaching. There are still deniers out there who don't believe things like this happen or don't want to hear about it. I always listen to the war stories of the Korean and Vietnam Veterans. Haven't heard much from WWII as there are not many still around and no one from WWI left I think.

  • Ron Alexander Thanks dear Pamela, I have heard there is a virtual wall out there, where I can get all the info. on all the names on the wall - got to look it up soon and see Barry's info and see if it is correct? Have you read my post on the lies in the movie American Sniper - not the sniper's lies but the screenwriter. A comrad who was killed next to Chris Kyle was killed, after he wrote a mild anti-war letter to his Mom, who read it at his funeral. In the movie, Chris said - "that was what killed him." Can you imagine the mother seeing that in the movie - Another wound to her. And it was never said by Chris the Sniper!

Pamela Arrington Yes, I did read that post. I will tell you honestly, out here there are a lot of people that are absolute fakes and will tell you whatever you need to hear to make you depart your money from your wallet. I did not see that movie because it depicted a r...See More
