I had EMG (Electromuscular) but only ruled out carpal tunnel syndrome - nerves damaged (pinched?) behind pacemaker in left shoulder running down to left triceps especially while electrical "shocks" run down both arms all the way to tips of fingers- hopefully physical therapy will help? This too shall pass except it has been going on now for months...appear to be in "victim" mode now hence the small print.
