More on Letting go of All Condemnation, Forgiveness and Atonement

Unity Charleston  sermon (Rev. Edwin Kosak) was all about forgiveness including the Ho'oponopono prayer which is one of my favs. Plus the Daily Word today was about forgiveness! Atonement was a big theme with AT - ONE - Ment being the Unity meeting of course. Michael chipped in with the ACIM meaning that "we have never been separate from God in Reality! 

After sitting meditation, at 8:30, I mindfully walked around the Labyrinth with the mantra - With love and grat - I -tude, I re - lease all - con dem nation (divided syllables for each step). Then at end of walk in middle of lab. I face each direction with MAY ALL BEINGS BE HAPPY - NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST AND UP AND DOWN!
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions…For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. - Isaiah 44:22

 

Oh, adding that verse from Isaiah, I wrote both my Aunt and nephew and used Ho'Oponopono prayer( I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.) with Aunt. I added great photos of us at Yosemite, Mariposa Grove, Golden Gate Park, with dogs, etc to both of them writing let's remember the good times and forget the bad times in forgiveness. I feel good about doing my part, now the ball is in their court.



Had good talk about making amends with our ex'es - and he mentioned 9th and 10th steps which is all about making amends He convinced me to let go  and forgive their debts to me.
