Mindful Deep Breathing (Peace at the pause)

Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths.   Etty Hillesum
Being mindful of the inhalation, concentrating on the pause and then the exhalation.

"As long as you are breathing, there is more right with you (and your body) than there is wrong with you." Stahl and Goldstein in MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION WORKBOOK (highly recommended by Ron Alexander)

The Breath - the currency of "will to live" - "letting go" the lesson of my life experience. The process began most distinctly when my sister Laurie committed suicide in 1985. Now I know, as One with One Love, the One - I am not separated from anyone, or anything and I can be a peace knowing my love radiates across the cosmos. Today is my son Benjamin's birthday and I am sending him the greatest gift of love that I can muster, that being to maintain my vision for a world transformed, knowing that we are Blossoming Love, with each conscious breath we take. We will see a world where every person, and all life, and the earth is cared for and peace prevails. www.reverenceforlifeuniversity.com
