A K.I.S.S. of Freedom

Some of you know that I moved recently. I moved from 2 story house, my Father designed and directed the construction in 1972. It was full of 4 generations of stuff with a some antiques. I had to sort through and figure out what I could bring to a small apt. and ask relatives what they wanted. I thought it would be a fight for the best furniture, however, my relatives were happy at what I saved for them, and even happier that I was leaving. I think they thought I was trying to control the whole situation, while in my mind, I was mostly taking responsibility, although I admit there were some control issues, of course.
It was a lot of hard work, moving things down stairs at house and up stairs at apartment. I suffered some understandable grief, and there is still some, however without the burden of the large house and so much stuff, I am feeling lighter and freer. And I still have brought too much, so I keep letting go of things - mostly books to the charities. In other words I am more and more Keeping It Simple Spirit!

Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose.

Susan Boles Ron, you are making a really tasty lemonade! You are Blessed and a Blessing.
