Respectfully disagree, the caged bird sings to teach that true freedom lies within:-) I suggest you watch the Dhamma Brothers Documentary about prisoners for life in an Alabama prison, who find their freedom with Vipassana Meditation during ten days of silence including Metta Prayer - May All Beings Be Happy! Thanks for the reminder Eric - very important for me now!.
