Sunshine as Healer

Daily Act of Kindness: Connecting with the Sun.

Hey beautiful friend,

Getting about 5 to 10 minutes of sun early in the morning or late afternoon is one of the kindest things we can do for ourselves. Because the sun is the central energy source in our solar system, it also serves as a powerful healer. The sun has a miraculous way of restoring the immune system, balancing hormones, clearing the mind & raising our mood levels among many other benefits.

If you live in an area that doesn't receive much sun light, find a picture of the sun that resonates with you, print it out & hang it somewhere you can see it daily. This will support us a great deal as well.

As we do this, amazing shifts will unfold in our lives.

I love hearing from you so feel free to share your experience!

We are all in this together,
Emmanuel
